the well-bing and safety of our choristers is our most important focus, we have implemented drop-off and pick-up protocols for rehearsals and performances. We will also adhere to the Canadian federal and provincial safety measures for dealing with Covid-19.

Cambridge Kiwanis Choir will adhere to federal and provincial Covid 19 safety protocols. We asked that you and your chorister arrive wearing a mask at the first rehearsal. To facilitate the ability to sing, each chorister will be issued a KN95 mask, and will be sized for ordering each person a singer’s mask to be used at rehearsals. We also recommend Covid-19 vaccinations for those who are 12 years and over.

Rehearsals begin at 6:30pm. Please be sure to have your chorister(s) arrive at Avenue Road Baptist Church for 6:20pm. For the safety of the group, the church door will be locked during rehearsal. If you are late, there will be phone number provided you will need to call for admittance.

Choristers under 18 must be picked up by their legal guardians. If that is not possible, please make sure you have let staff know who will be there to escort your chorister home. If you wish to car pool, please let our staff know ahead of time. No chorister will be allowed to wait alone for their ride home. Staff will stay until everyone has departed. If you are delayed, there will a number provided for you to call to report that.

Call time for each performance will be communicated well in advance. When you deliver your chorister(s), you will be asked to sign them in, and indicate who will be picking them up.

After the performance, the singers will wait with the staff while you sign for pick up. If there is a last minute change to who will be doing the picking up, please call the number provided and that person will have to sign for the pick up.
